El fabricante comienza la producci\u00f3n en serie de sus camiones el\u00e9ctricos Renault Trucks D y D Wide Z.E. en sus instalaciones de Blainville-sur-Orne en marzo de 2020. La puesta en marcha de esta producci\u00f3n marca un hito en la transformaci\u00f3n de la movilidad urbana.&nbsp; <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La producci\u00f3n en serie de los camiones el\u00e9ctricos Renault Trucks D y D Wide Z.E. comienza en las instalaciones normandas del fabricante en Blainville-sur-Orne. La planta -que funciona desde 1957- se especializa en la producci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos de tonelaje medio y cabinas de camiones. Se fabrican 240 cabinas y se ensamblan 72 camiones de distribuci\u00f3n diariamente, y a partir de ahora tambi\u00e9n, se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el ensamblaje de los camiones el\u00e9ctricos del fabricante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Una unidad exclusiva para camiones el\u00e9ctricos<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para garantizar la fabricaci\u00f3n de los modelos el\u00e9ctricos, se hicieron remodelaciones en las instalaciones de Blainville-sur-Orne; cerca de la l\u00ednea de ensamblaje de camiones de distribuci\u00f3n, el edificio Z.E., que tiene un \u00e1rea de 1.800 m\u00b2, ahora est\u00e1 completamente dedicado a las operaciones t\u00e9cnicas para los veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este edificio, se llevan a cabo las manipulaciones t\u00e9cnicas anteriores y posteriores al ensamblaje de los Renault Trucks D y D Wide Z.E. Tambi\u00e9n se almacenan los componentes, con \u00e1reas con condiciones espec\u00edficas, como la zona a temperatura controlada para el almacenaje de bater\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Se necesitan 50 horas de trabajo para fabricar un cami\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrico<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La fabricaci\u00f3n de camiones el\u00e9ctricos comienza una semana antes de pasar por la l\u00ednea de montaje, con las primeras operaciones que se llevan a cabo en el Edificio &#8220;Z.E.&#8221; All\u00ed, t\u00e9cnicos autorizados ensamblan diferentes subconjuntos espec\u00edficos de los veh\u00edculos completamente el\u00e9ctricos (propulsi\u00f3n, motor, caja de cambios, unidad central, etc.). Los subconjuntos se env\u00edan despu\u00e9s hacia la l\u00ednea de montaje para ser articulados en los veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los Renault Trucks D y D Wide Z.E. se ensamblan en la misma l\u00ednea de montaje que los camiones di\u00e9sel. Al final de la l\u00ednea, los camiones el\u00e9ctricos regresan al Edificio &#8220;Z.E.&#8221; para que los t\u00e9cnicos puedan realizar operaciones t\u00e9cnicas y controles de calidad espec\u00edficos. Los veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos reanudan posteriormente las etapas de producci\u00f3n en serie, someti\u00e9ndose a una prueba en pista y luego al banco de pruebas de rendimiento.
